Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email to support@atlanticmarket.store including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (optional). We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request and provide return shipping instructions.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised or custom-made products, and digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium.
